He got in touch with the right people and received the answer to my questions. His efforts paid off and I was able to solve that problem and move along. He brought the same dogged determination to the job of selling my house. From small things like showing up with banana boxes and helping me haul off garbage to the larger efforts at educating me on all the little details of selling a house without losing my mind, he was superb.
