After several successful transactions with The Petri Group, I was referred to Chris Petri to purchase my home in Circle C. Inventory was limited and homes were moving quickly, so having someone knowledgeable, responsive, and ready to act made all the difference. Chris was professional, approachable, and available throughout the process. He helped me research the surrounding neighborhoods and find the right fit for my family during a time of transition. When we found the right home, he moved quickly to prepare and submit my offer and negotiated well on my behalf. He also connected me with inspectors and trusted tradespeople as needed, making the process much easier to navigate. I’m grateful for his guidance and would happily recommend Chris to family and friends looking to buy or sell in Austin.

Paula was very responsive and aggressive in pursuing our interests. She was proactive in identifying concerns or issues and worked relentlessly for solutions. I trusted her in all situations and am so thankful she was our representative in the purchasing process.

I had the pleasure of working with Larson for my first home purchase in the Bouldin area of Austin. Larson developed a strong understanding of what I was looking for, my non-negotiables and dealbreakers, and helped guide a successful home search. Larson was attentive, responsive, flexible, quick-working and has a strong network within the greater Austin area that made inspections and other information-gathering seamless. I have the pleasure of knowing Larson personally, but I was thoroughly impressed by her skill and talent as a residential realtor. She made the process smooth and quick compared to my expectations. I would recommend Larson to anyone looking to purchase or rent in Austin!
