My husband and I worked with Everett to sell our house. We actually talked to more than one agent before choosing him. We have had previous transactions where we felt a bit in the dark, but Everett was knowledgeable and kept in contact all the way through the sale. He made sure our questions were answered and that we understood each step of the process. When we had concerns about certain parts of our transaction, he explained our options and how each would affect our sale.
