She made me aware of concerns I may not have been aware of which helped me to purchase the right home and avoid potential future costly repairs I might have overlooked. She was responsive, prompt and professional in all our interactions and was available to be on site as needed throughout the purchase process. This was a crazy year because of Covid. We had concerns about showing our house, but Claudia worked around our schedule, made sure folks had masks and provided shoe covers and hand sanitizer when folks toured.
