She made it so that we became a team, she cared about our specific needs, and was able to maximize what we were able to get in a market that was not friendly to our price bracket. I cannot say enough nice things about Janice. No one will ever say that they wished they had chosen a different agent. Never. Once you see her operate for you, you will wish you could move again just so that she could be your agent one more time!
