My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent. Not how either of us imagined this process to end, but it's completed and I am (I'm sure she is, too) relieved. Thank you Vanessa! And your team, too!

She seems to live real estate which is good in my mind because you know she try’s hard for her clients. She is driven and motivated and I would highly recommend her as an agent to consider using. Who really wants to use an agent that just throws your listing on the MLS and waits for a buyer. I know I don’t, with Traci you will get an agent that try’s to sale your home or property.
