Caring, Personable & Helpful. She is extremely busy most of the time so be ready for quick high speed meetings/conversations & texts. She does what she can to help. My situation was full of extenuating issues that made what originally was we can take our time and sell at the best price to selling as soon as possible after my spouse passed away unexpectedly after the property had been listed. With that said she, navigated what needed to be done to help get the process moving even though I didn't really know or understand what was going on with a very difficult buyers agent. Tina Shaffer is the best realtor that I or anyone in my family have ever had the honor of working with on buying our new home.
