One of the BIGGEST assets with her was the support on our blue tape walk through in our new build. We spent hours taping the home inside and out, even when the builder promised certain things would be covered under warranty (big surprise- If we listened to that advice we would have been stuck with things “as-is” after purchase, in our new home, that was most definitely NOT covered under our warranty as suggested.) She uncovered issues with utilities in an area that would raise our monthly budget too high. When a house seemed too dingy she pointed out a fresh paint job would change the feel and brighten it up.
