We felt so lucky to have Lacey Wiseman as our realtor for the sale of our home! From the beginning of the process, she was incredibly organized and helped us to set a realistic schedule for preparing our home to be listed and to connect with professionals for some needed repairs. She was very thorough when it came to pricing our home. She worked diligently to identify appropriate comps and went over them with us methodically. Because of her knowledge of the market, we understood the value of our home and felt confident about our list price. She went above and beyond to ensure the house looked wonderful for photos and had great marketing. Ultimately, we received an offer on the first weekend it was listed, and in the end, chose between multiple offers. Lacy's positivity and upbeat attitude made what could have been a very stressful experience into a much more enjoyable one!
