She went way above and beyond our highest expectations of a realtor. She is knowledgeable about her field, she is very professional, she is highly Trustable, and she has the highest moral and ethical standards you could find in anyone. She is a wealth of resources for every aspect of selling or buying a house. She worked tirelessly for our sale and did an outstanding job of finding resources for any need, i.e. repairs, staging, etc. She made sure our home had every advantage for a TOP DOLLAR SALE. She did advertising in every venue possible, i.e. websites, papers, flyers, open Houses, directional signage and more. She is a very personable lady who takes her job very seriously and makes your home a PRIORITY in every way. She was able to sell our house under VERY DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES. Rockport, Texas had major damage after hurricane Harvey. Not only is she a great realtor, but she went beyond that under the circumstances of a natural disaster. In addition, we had moved back to Colorado after Harvey, and she handled EVERYTHING FOR US FROM 1,200 MILES AWAY!! Every detail was taken care of with great skill. You will not go wrong with Margo. In fact, the scale is only to 5 stars. We would like to give Margo 10+ STARS!!!

At our first chance meeting, Hortencia Sambrano was very welcoming and accommodating and took the time to show us a house, even though we didn't have an appointment. She consistently made herself available and checked in with us frequently during the subsequent house-hunting and buying process. As we got ready to close on a house, she even offered to help with our move and with a required repair. Ms. Sambrano always went above and beyond the call of duty in supporting us and keeping us informed. We felt she genuinely sympathized as a friend throughout the ups and downs of a challenging seller situation. We would highly recommend her as an experienced, knowledgeable, persevering, and friendly professional.
