Monica and her team were truly masterful! I had a brand new home (never lived in and with 180 views of Lake Travis) on the market with another broker for almost a year. Monica took over the listing, helped me with getting staging and landscaping done and had multiple offers within a week of it hitting the market. They were so brilliant at communicating, organizing, and just generally making it all go so smoothly! I can't say enough good things about this experience! The best I have ever seen!
