She made sure i listed at a fair price to help me get the most I could get for my house. In the end she found me a perfect buyer that totally got what the house was and all of its potential. The buyer gave me a full price offer and it closed easily without a hitch. I’ve never had something go so smoothly before. In fact, I only had to come to the property once and that was right before closing to just get some stored items out before it sold. I think my circumstances were a little more unique but Shannon wasn’t afraid to take on my listing and help me. I can’t say enough about this kind caring giving professional person!
