Hello . I am writing this review for Michelle Poremski because my wife and I loved how she took care of us during the whole buying process. Being a first time homeowner was kinda scary and filled with uncertainty. Michelle’s professionalism and patience with us is what did it for me . Every question we had was answered and explained in a way that we could understand. On top of that, I believe she was in her second trimester and never complained once about all the time we took looking at the houses and all the walking we were doing . Michelle was definitely getting her steps in . I would gladly recommend her to anyone in the market looking to buy.

I may be biased but I watched Michelle work out an untenable situation . . . And turn it into hill country gold. We couldn’t be happier with our new old home and the deer who depend on us couldn’t be happier as well. . . If we had to score it would be an 11 on a 10 scale.

Chris was flexible and helpful for my wife and I as we navigated the process of buying our first house. Chris helped set up multiple showings on short notice during a holiday weekend while my wife and I visited from out of state to look at houses. Chris was efficient in submitting offers, negotiating, and walking us through the process. We completed most of the hoke buying process from across the country, and Chris and his team communicated well and made the process less stressful while we were simultaneously moving/closing on the house.

Chris is the kind of real estate agent everyone hopes to work with. We were buying a home from out of state, navigating different time zones and a tight timeline, yet he made the entire process feel effortless and completely seamless. His negotiation skills are second to none in the San Antonio area. He exceeded our expectations and even negotiated money back for us at closing—something we never imagined would happen! From start to finish, Chris was incredibly responsive and dependable. He never missed a call or text, kept us informed every step of the way, and connected us with every resource we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. During the final walk through, the previous owners had left the place a mess. Chris hired a cleaning company same day (out of his own pocket) to ensure we moved into a clean home. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients, I can't recommend Chris highly enough.

Stressful time for us buying a house. Moving from MD to TX, we didn’t know where to start. Thankfully we were recommended to Chris. From the start he was super helpful & we eventually found the house we were looking for. I didn’t do any heavy lifting when it came to negotiation. He handled everything & got us an amazing deal on our house to include even getting money owed to us at closing… & we are the buyers. One time I had a question, called him & he was on vacation. I told him it was no big deal & I would call him later but he insisted on helping me. Additionally, our final walk through for our house spoke true volume of the previous owners. The house was left a mess & trash left in the garage. Chris paid money out of his own pocket for a cleaning service that came out that same day. He truly is the best agent in the San Antonio area.
