Cookie is an absolutely incredible relator. This was my first time selling a home and I did not have a positive experience with a previous relator, my home sat on the market for months! When I found Cookie, she was sensitive to my frustrations and assured me WE could sell my home - she was so right! She went above and beyond in all areas of customer service. She ensures to modify her approach to meet your needs, along side her professional recommendations. By the end of it, she makes you feel like you're part of the family. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

If you are looking for a real estate agent to sell your home for top dollar, call Robin Saunders. We listed our home with Robin just before the craziness of Covid 19 hit. As the Pandemic created chaos in the world, we became increasingly pessimistic about the value of our home as well as the likelihood that it would sell. But not Robin. She continued to use her extensive marketing apparatus and networking resources to sell our home quickly and for a great price. Every step of the way, Robin was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. She facilitated the seller/buyer transaction so we had minimal hassles and closed without a hitch. Love her!
