I've known Annie for years. We tried several years ago, but Covid happened and we stopped looking. We decided it was the right time and called her again. Only agent I even considered. She is super knowledgeable about the area and the market. She has so much experience and does her job so thoroughly. She was quick to respond to calls and emails. She explains the steps along the process. Annie is very professional and very personable. She was a godsend to our family, and I have already recommended her to others. I can't thank her enough for everything she did. We love our new home.

This agent not only helped me sell my property, that was impossible to obtain financing on, but was able to sell it above list and appraisal value and find a lending option for the buyer through an unconventional way to get the transaction completed and everyone happy. I have never seen such amazing negotiation techniques that were so carefully mapped out and discussed with me prior to presenting them to the other agent. DO NOT INTERVIEW ANOTHER AGENT WITHOUT TALKING TO TRAVIS FIRST OR YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!!
