Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! Candy went above and beyond, even after the closing. I called her with post closing problems and she went out of her way to assist. She was always accommodating to my schedule and drove me around to acquaint me with the area.
