Without disclosing too many details, we had a few MAJOR issues the day of closing. One of them being that we got the keys and the house wasn’t vacant. Then when we finally got possession, the sliding black door was broken and doesn’t lock. We got delayed by about 8 hours. Since we were trying to move from 2 hours away, this was a huge problem.
