We were selling a house in Corpus Christi but live in Nassau Bay. We were fortunate to find Snookie as she lives in Galveston County but is from the Corpus Christi area, so we benefitted from her knowledge of that area along with her availability in this area. She got the house on the market quickly, and we had several showings the first weekend. We had a full price offer and a backup offer before the weekend was over. She kept us informed on every development in the sale and navigated a last minute problem at closing (from the buyers) with ease and grace.
