Great agent, excellent negotiator

Miguel was my agent for 3 transactions in last 18 months and I am fully satisficed with his work. He listens to client's need, and will do his best to accommodate them. He is patient and will not rush the process unless client is ready to move. He communicates well and always available. He is also excellent negotiator to optimize the deal during transaction from getting seller agreement for repair cost through minimizing title associated costs.
