Norbert went above and beyond for me and my husband while looking for a home to purchase. As first time home buyers we had no clue what to do or where to start; Norbert walked us through each step and made this painful process less painful and more bearable. No matter what day or time it was Norbert was prompt with his responses/actions always making time for us! He listened to what we wanted/looked for in a house and did not try to veer us in a different direction. He was always 100% straightforward with us and always positive. We would not have our home today if it wasn't for Norbert!! I have already recommended him to a couple of people I know who are looking to buy/sell a house. We 1000% recommend him to anyone/everyone doing the same! He is the absolute BEST!!

I've worked with a lot of Realtors through the years as a new home sales professional and Norbert has been one of the best! Norbert is super knowledgeable, professional and his follow up is impeccable. Norbert was constantly in touch with me, his clients, the lender and Title company to ensure a smooth closing for his clients. His care for his clients really showed through the entire process. I'm looking forward to working with Norbert again!

I highly recommend Norbert Rivera . As soon we contact him, he made arrangements to take pictures and posting the house. He was in communication with us during the process about the marketing, market in the area and possibles buyers. Great adviser and negotiator
