Randa was referred to me by Rocket Mortgage. I didn't qualify (for various reasons) for a mortgage through Rocket so Randa set me up with McGowen who really went overboard to get my loan approved. Anyway Randa was VERY responsive to all my needs even though questions were asked after hours. I was in Denver at the time so couldn't personally visit properties - Randa immediately volunteered to do virtual visits to as many properties as I had anywhere in the Houston area. She took the time to show me everything about the property and gave sound advice as to likes/dislikes only achieved by being at the property.
