I first connected with her when I was only looking to rent. She took the time to talk with me anyway, and her thoughtful suggestions and knowledge of which communities I should focus on are what took me from planning to rent to becoming a homeowner. I felt a connection with her immediately, and calling her was one of the best decisions I made in this entire process. My situation was unique and more difficult than most. When I was buying a new build and realized I needed someone representing me, she stepped in without hesitation. She handled communication with the builder and the HOA on my behalf and worked hand in hand with my lender to keep everything on track. She watched my blind spots, asked the questions I didn’t know to ask, and never once made me feel like any question of mine was a dumb one. Her communication was clear, thorough, and consistent from start to finish. Melissa is professional, sharp, and incredibly kind, and she cares about her clients far beyond the transaction. She took care of me from our very first conversation, when I thought I would be renting, all the way through closing and well after the keys. Over the last seven months I have worked with a lot of different people and a lot of moving parts, and I can say with total confidence: if you are buying in Florida, Melissa needs to be your agent. She will be mine for years to come.
