We recently embarked on the arduous task of selling one home and purchasing a new one. Kenneth came to us by way of a family recommendation. While we did not know it to start, but Kenneth was a godsend. The upfront advice he gave us on getting our old home ready for sale, conservatively increased our profit by 100%. As we moved through the process, Kenneth was always willing to share his considerable expertise and insights. Above all, Kenneth was always patient and greeted us with a smile. This was very important to us because probably like you, we weren't looking for just any house, we were looking for THE HOUSE. I am sure we would try anyone's patience with wanting to look at house after house. But Kenneth was always there, smiling and patient, more like an old friend than a new acquaintance. We could not be more pleased with our new home and we consider Kenneth to be a big part of us finding and acquiring it. We were so impressed, I asked Kenneth if I could write a letter of recommendation for him. So please consider this unsolicited review as a heart felt recommendation to anyone needing a realtor who is honest, patient and beyond reproach.
