We first met Tamara as the property manager for a house we rented until we found a house to buy. She mentioned she also is a real estate broker and could help us when we were ready. As a property manager she was excellent and promptly took care of everything we needed in the house. So we chose her to represent us as a buyer and are SO glad we did! Tamara explained the process clearly right from the beginning. She patiently took us from house to house, never pressuring us, but giving us good information and advice and answering (and re-answering sometimes) our questions. She helped us navigate a very poor buyer’s market. We finally had an offer accepted on a house that we are very happy with. I would HIGHLY recommend Tamara. She a total pro, she works hard, she LISTENS to you, and she can help you with every step along the way and after close.

She was thorough in helping me look for a property that met my needs and wants, she is very knowledgeable about how to run a search and expedient in jumping on new listings and checking on ones upcoming. I learned so much from her. She made sure to stay in contact with me and talk me through different aspects of home buying I was not familiar with.
