Landon was fantastic in getting the ball rolling as soon as I expressed interest in buying. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer or a time he was unavailable for a call. I was able to find the property I wanted and Landon negotiated me a price that ended up being 6% lower than what the property appraised for (immediate equity), as well as a bunch of seller contribution, and he got them to leave appliances as well. I will definitely be using Landon as a realtor again.
