Carla delivered on all I asked for. Her communications were timely and to the point. Any questions I would ask were answered before I asked. She has an uncanny sense of what I needed before I knew I needed it. As a first time seller I was in the dark in the beginning, then felt confident I was in good hands when it came to closing. No surprises.

My husband and I have purchased several homes over the last 20 years and have worked with different Realtors. While the majority of the Realtors did a satisfactory job representing us, Penny and Leon definitely exceeded our expectations! They both went above and beyond and made our most recent home buying experience most pleasurable! We have not used the same Realtor in the past. I can assure you we wouldn't use anyone else but The Shapiro Team in the future.

Craig and his team did a great job selling our house and exceeded our expectations. Craig provided us with good market data and answered the questions we had at our first meeting. He and his staff kept the lines of communication open during the process of showing and selling our home, and made scheduling the photographer, showings, and inspections easy. Craig helped us realize a sales price much higher than we anticipated, and we've very pleased with the result. Craig and his team really know the Pearland/Friendswood/Clear Lake market and provide top notch customer service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.
