I appreciate Saira's availability. She always responded to my text and phone calls. She didn’t mind taking my ideas to help the process but always being able to incorporate her own knowledge which only made it so much better. She works very hard, She's always thinking of ways she can make it less stressful, when it can have very stressful moments. She's great at taking it off the client's shoulders and giving some relief. I’m not the easiest to work for, sometimes I am very hands on, and she allowed for that. I can appreciate a person that doesn’t think she knows it all and is willing to take my opinions.
