Beryl helped us purchase a house in the Houston area while we were living out of state. She went above and beyond to make it feel like we were walking through the homes ourselves through video chat and she helped organize everything with inspectors, the title office, and our lender. We will definitely use Beryl again when we purchase our next home.

As a first time home buyer completely on my own I was so nervous. Always wondering if I was doing things right. But Kim helped me every step of the way. When I felt overwhelmed she broke things down for me. What I thought was to much to handle for a house, she took me step by step and explained everything and it relaxed me and made me realize I can do this. This wasn't going to be hard for me. I couldn't be more thankful for getting Kim as my agent. If I had to rate her 10 out of 10 she's a 100 for sure!!

Has resourceful contacts for different scope of a house needs.
