Thanks for all the patients. I would have been happier if almost all of the contracts would have been done differently but you were right with most of it and the sale went almost as intended. I would give it an 8 on 1-10 rating. I didn't have to do a lot of driving around-that part was a 10. I'm satisfied with how everything went. You did a very good job!

Sherry was very knowledgeable with the going rates of houses in the area and she made sure the house was posted at a reasonable value. And once we got under contract, she bent over backwards to make sure any hiccups were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Sherry to anyone looking to deal in real estate!
