My experience with Pat Nemec Realty was outstanding. I can’t say enough about Pat’s knowledge and dedication throughout the entire process of selling my home. She is extremely knowledgeable in many areas, including working with the appraiser, surveys, repairs, and more. Pat truly goes above and beyond her role as a realtor. She is always available, taking calls in the evenings and on weekends, and she makes you feel like family—as if you are her only client. Before the process is over, you don’t just gain a successful sale, you gain a wonderful friend. Pat also provides invaluable help and guidance when it comes time for closing. I highly recommend Pat Nemec Realty.

Tricia and her entire team were awesome. We ran into a couple of snags (none of which were Tricia’s doing) and I was not very happy. Tricia called several times and talked me they the process. She was fantastic!
