She was thorough in helping me look for a property that met my needs and wants, she is very knowledgeable about how to run a search and expedient in jumping on new listings and checking on ones upcoming. I learned so much from her. She made sure to stay in contact with me and talk me through different aspects of home buying I was not familiar with. Her integrity and hardworking traits were quite evident as she worked with me and for me. Her people skills are refreshing as she worked with me and other realtors and the title company. I knew she had my best interests in mind. It was a real blessing and privilege too have her as my realtor.

Being a first time buyer, I didn’t understand a lot of terms or processes, but Hong was patient in explaining everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.
