Thank you, Traye, for another fantastic home closing! Your expertise, knowledge and recommendations are much appreciated!

Traye Wise is not only a subject matter expert on investment home selling, but he took the time to educate me as well as my coexecutor I would highly recommend Traye Wise as an agent to sell any home in the future

Albert made sure that I was informed and helped me through the process at every step. He went above and beyond what I thought he would do.. contingencies with the appraisal, he stayed on top of them and made sure everything was done and a lot of the work he did himself, above and beyond what I thought he would do. His professionalism is eclipsed by his personality and caring attitude, you feel you have found a friend. On Numerous trips from Houston to the property Albert would pick me up and drive me there. At every step he assured me that this was a good house and we were going to get this house. He made many other trips by himself to meet with the inspectors, repair walls, scrape peeling paint, paint and seal gaps around windows and walls. Now that I'm sitting here in my home the adventure is just beginning on a new chapter of my life and it's only because of the work that Albert did from start to finish. Remember the fish,... should I mentioned the fish... Skip the fish... Albert took care of the fish and the cat . Saved the cat's life! He walked through the property with me and his concern was not whether I liked it, since I did, but whether he thought it was in good enough condition and was the right house for me to actually buy and live in with Cody my little dog, who by the way, loves the yard. I would recommend Albert to anyone buying or selling a home. If you're wanting a realtor who is knowledgeable and professional, one who cares about you and your family, someone who is caring and generous and comes across as a real and genuine person and friend, Albert is who you want .

Ms Tonya when on your team has your back and has you covered in every way. She will not only travel across the city to meet your needs, but she is always a phone call away. When it comes to negotiating, there’s no one who’s going to fight harder for you. When I started my house journey 2-3 months ago it was just a dream. I had no idea it would become a reality. I believed in her because she believed in me. My credit was dead and I thought this wasn’t possibly. Now 2.5 months later I’m officially a home owner. She has a team around her that’s built to win. I’ve had realtors in the past that was for self. With Ms Tonya you become family and everyone protects their own.

Our experience with Michelle has demonstrated that she is personable, professional, and dedicated to meeting the goals that we set for our home. Needless to say, we would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area.

I would like to give an appreciation to Claudia, she has been by far one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with, always so patient and supportive and not to mention helpful. She dedicates all of her time and devotion to her customers.
