Sharla kept me informed on every showing and offer on my house. I was already living out of town so she also made sure the house was in showing condition every week. The sale of the house took a lot longer than I expected. I never felt this was Sharla's fault but just the timing of the market. I also had to lower the price a couple of times but also due to the timing of the market.
