Cecilia was the best in all aspects, since we resided in New York she helped us through going over the houses and see which ones were our favorite and also spoke Spanish since most of my family only spoke Spanish that helped me and my family through the process as well, she was always respectful and polite also was very friendly and very honest, if I were ever to purchase another home in Houston she would definitely be the first person I’ll call.

5511 Glenmere Ln Spring
There is not enough space to truly describe or real life rollercoaster ride. We used Johanna for selling and buying. She came to the house we sold and armed us with the information to set our house up to look the best, and helped set deadlines to accomplish tasks. She helped us set a realistic price and it sold in a week over asking price minus surprise repairs found in the inspection. Buying, we had a limited area do to school zoning we wanted. We must have looked at 25 houses. The houses in the area are older builds and there is a limited limited inventory, so she helped us sort through the real fixer uppers and find a few gems. She helped me develop the outside the box idea to stay in an Air B&B to let the sell happed and not be pressed to make a quick decision on a house that wasn’t right. I made a new friend (owner of the Air B&B) who bought us a house warming gift. The extra time manifested the right deal. Which she then advocated for us, and got the best price and concessions from the sellers we could. My finances are cleared up from the sell and the new house gave us a fresh start in a house giving us a focus on the future. I love the new house. I think because I have the financial freedom to do little projects to make it our own. We’ve tweaked a lot of things already and have a list to work through.
