At the the time the listing went live, an open house had already been scheduled which information was published in the listing and helped generate a huge amount of foot traffic to view our home. Julie is also an experienced marketer. She promoted our home on several different online platforms and kept us apprised of all market information related to sales in our area, how many times our home was viewed online, and immediately provided us with all feedback from actual potential home buyers who visited our home. Julie's experience as a relator, her professionalism, her knowledge of the market in our area, her attention to detail and her work ethic had our home sold in a matter of days.
