We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Janis Adams was recommended by a relative of mine, and I was so happy to have her as my agent. Her communication skills were the best throughout the entire process. I really believe that Janis saved me some money on the transaction, and the final outcome was better than I expected. One time she was out of town and her assistant Maria stepped in and we never missed a beat. I have to say I was overwhelmed at the entire process.
