Working with Kiki was a fantastic privilege. This review is titled absolute because nothing about the experience was anything but. Kiki providing an outstanding bank of knowledge, a pond of genuine care and nothing but hardworking diligence from her. She got us into the home we wanted and made the possibility of our dreams come true. It would be a missed opportunity and a shame to work with anyone else.

We visited with two other agents prior to seeing Ruth and found her to head and shoulders above the other two in her analysis of our property and a fair valuation for it. In her presentation to us, she covered basic sales criteria and the features, as well as shortcomings, of our property and presented us with a fair valuation for our consideration. We found her analysis to be thoughtful, thorough and complete and signed her on as our chosen agent at that time. As we were physically moving prior to the property going on the market, Ruth made herself available to handle items such as handling the property transfer fee required by Walden on Lake Conroe and insuring that faucets were dripping when the threat of freezing weather occurred. She stayed on top of every issue and guided us to a point where we were able to close on our property in less than two months of being on the market. We would rate Ruth as THE TOP SELLING AGENT in the Lake Conroe area.
