My Mom and I decided to sell our home of 15 years. Dana Colborn was our realtor and was stellar. She gave us great advice to make sure that our home sold quickly, and when the potential buyers asked for things that were ridiculous, she was frank with us and them. She truly went to bat for us several times and provided wisdom we could trust. But her involvement didn’t stop there. Dana worked hard to find us a new place to live, bringing us all kinds of options. After about 6 months, we finally settled on building a home. She worked tirelessly, communicating with the builder and advocating for us numerous times. She attended the all builder meetings with us and once again, provided the sound advice we needed. When she was unsure, she researched until she found the answers we needed. All this really helped us feel more secure during the building process which was entirely new for us. If you want a realtor who is genuinely on your side and will work untiringly to help you through the process of buying, selling, or building a home, then Dana is the one for you. Thank you, Dana, for all your help, advise, and friendship!

Dana is very experienced and extremely thorough, a real pleasure to have met her for all our realtor needs.
