Sara answered our phone call on a Sunday afternoon, and we were approved by the following Wednesday. We explained the situation we were in and what we needed, and I do believe 100% even without the explanation, Sara still would have given us the same service and went above and beyond like she did. We applied for homes, looked for rentals, etc. for over a year with no luck. We got shot down by every single rental we looked into.
