Insightful, courteous and hard working. He was persistent and patient in helping us find our desired home. He has a great fund of knowledge and if he didn’t have the answer to a particular question he had a wealth of connections to provide a timely response. He assisted us finding our home, renting our current home and ensured a smooth buying process. We closed on time and are greatly pleased with our new home!

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Steve Hardcastle was a pleasure from start to finish in the selling of my home. He sold it very quickly, and, as I requested, it was sold on an “as is basis” and was successful in getting the price close to my asking price. He is very knowledgeable and is a skilled negotiator. He is patient and kept me informed. He promptly returned my calls and emails, keeping me up to date on all necessary information, patiently answering all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend Steve Hardcastle to anyone looking for a great real estate Agent who will prioritize their needs and will provide support in the selling of their home journey.
