Excellent work. I felt 100% comfortable and trusted him completely!

We couldn’t be more pleased with Hugh. We bought a new home from a sales associate representing a building company. This associate couldn’t have been more difficult to deal with, but Hugh stepped in and took all the stress off my shoulders. The contract was a 85 page document. It was confusing, ambiguous, with many loopholes favoring the seller. Hugh spent hours and hours trying to get an uncooperative and bull headed sales agent to provide us straight answers. Hugh was tirelessly relentless and in the final analysis I don’t think I would have felt “safe” buying this new home if it weren’t for Hugh’s expert knowledge, negotiating skills, professional demeanor and ability working with this very hard headed “my way or the highway” sales company. Hugh made all the difference in the world. He is the best! I mean that. He jumped through hoops for us. He knows so many people in the industry and made the closing go extremely smooth. You will not be disappointed one iota in choosing Hugh Smith for your agent. IF you want to be well taken care of and have a stress free and very satisfying experience buying or selling your home then Hugh Smith is the one you should choose.
