Jim is an absolute gift from God above!

We accidentally stumbled upon the greatest realtor of our lifetime, Jim Raines, a few months ago when we requested a tour of a home nearby. Jim was absolutely calm cool and collected during what was the most overwhelming home sell we had ever experienced. Our home was older and we expected some speed bumps but of all the things to go wrong it ended up being the “Appraiser” who was hired by the buyers loan company. Jim kept in contact with us daily and was never out of reach. He fought against the Tyrant Appraiser and we eventually made it to our sell day! Jim has a wealth of knowledge and definitely made a huge impact on our family during the sell and subsequent purchase of our new home. I cannot express enough how great he is!
