I found Beth when I was helping my elderly parents sell their house in Grand Prairie, TX. I went online to look for agents that had successfully sold homes in the same area and found she sold 3 homes on the same street or adjacent to the street where my parent lived. From the very beginning, she was wonderful to work with and more than exceeded our expectations. She knew the local real estate market and her estimate was spot on. She provided impeccable recommendations when I asked to get the house ready for the market from the company to help sell 30 years' worth of possessions to cleaning services to repair/maintenance staff. I am out of state so only had limited time in Texas during the whole process. She and her husband personally helped me with so many other things that I could not have done myself. For example, they helped move heavy furniture down a flight of stairs, helped load up a truck with bulky items to take to the dump, cleared the yard of debris and leaves after a heavy thunderstorm, and brought documents and a notary to the hotel where my parents stayed for signing. Now that's true dedication!! I really valued her great judgment, intuition, ethics, honesty, and straight forward approach. I highly, highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking to sell.
