Travis has handled several land sales on my behalf and has done an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, friendly, extremely professional, and very diligent in serving his client. In one of our transactions, I had initially listed the property, (50 acres) with another realtor. I received only a few inquiries and no offers. After Travis took over, he advised that we divide the property and sell it in smaller parcels. He offered suggestions regarding the size and location of the smaller parcels and followed up with the appropriate listings. Quickly, offers began to come in. Long story short, all of the parcels were sold in a reasonable time and I came away with more money that I initially expected. I highly recommend Travis if you need to either buy or sell property.

The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House. It was a Great Opportunity to be able to work with Glenda who made the whole Process so easy from start to the end.
