Bary was very patient throughout this and listened to our feedback on what we did/didn’t like about the home and used our responses to find new homes in the area. After selecting a home and submitting an offer, Bary was always on top of things and quick to keep us informed on what needed to be completed. We had a lot of questions, especially with our mortgage paperwork, and he took the time to go over all the paperwork to make sure everything was correct. Bary was very helpful from start to finish. We dealt with a lot of communication issues from the mortgage company and Bary offered to answer our questions when they didn’t. He helped to streamline the process and get everything scheduled and completed in a very timely manner.
