We've known Lisa for several years now as she has managed our property as a rental. When it came time to sell it was a no brainer to have her as our selling agent. Our home is almost an hour away from her office but she always made time to attend to the home and make sure it was in great condition in preparation for the sale! She communicates like no other agent we've ever worked with in selling and buying homes! Being in another state it was vital for us to have quick and effective communication, and Lisa always exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend Lisa and her team for either property management or selling your home! Thank you again team for all of your hard work!!

We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!

Cher was a tremendous help in selling my parents’ home after my dad fell ill. My parents had originally purchased the home using her as their agent years ago and fully trusted her judgment. After making some landscaping improvements, she advised listing the home at a higher price—and it ultimately sold for far more than we originally expected. She provided thoughtful, professional guidance whenever we had questions and was an excellent sounding board throughout the selling process.
