Anita is an excellent realtor who understood how to handle surprises as they occurred. After the buyer received their inspection, the property needed some foundation work. She contacted a company she typically uses, and they said it would be at least five weeks before they could inspect the problem. Using her network of referrals, she found a company that was at the property within the week.
