I really wasn’t sure what to expect, especially the way the market is today, not to mention the world. April was pleasant from the very beginning. It was a bit of a challenge with the 3 hour time difference but April managed not only the sale of my house and who knows how many others but also sadness in her family. Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well.
