Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the home buying process and I’m very grateful for his hard work! I would recommend to anyone currently in the housing market.

Bary Heidtbrink was beyond helpful with all aspects of our home buying process. We were new to the area and purchasing our first home and his experience really helped us feel more confident in our choices and opinions when looking for homes. We ended up looking at over a dozen homes until we found the perfect one. Bary was very patient throughout this and listened to our feedback on what we did/didn’t like about the home and used our responses to find new homes in the area. After selecting a home and submitting an offer, Bary was always on top of things and quick to keep us informed on what needed to be completed. We had a lot of questions, especially with our mortgage paperwork, and he took the time to go over all the paperwork to make sure everything was correct. Bary was very helpful from start to finish. We dealt with a lot of communication issues from the mortgage company and Bary offered to answer our questions when they didn’t. He helped to streamline the process and get everything scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends and will use him in the future if we ever have to move. Bary Heidtbrink is an outstanding agent and we can’t thank him enough for helping us find the perfect home.
