My first time experiencing anything like this and we got what I beleive to be the best agent ever. She was so personable and for us finding the right place, while also helping is to find what was important in the process. She does an amazing job of caring whole heartedly about helping you to find what you need and doesn't want you to settle for something that won't take care of you. She explained everything so well to help us understand every step of the process both with high detail and basic easy to understand terms when needed. She was a blessing to work with and helped us to find exactly what we needed as well as where and when.

Alicia Alafa was very knowledgeable in the home and the paperwork. She walked me and my husband through the paperwork and worked thoroughly with the builders in front of us. Alicia Alafa was able to get us a very low interest rate and continued to work with us after that making the process run very smoothly. She went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!

Ms. Depew was very courteous and professional She was always available to answer our questions. She made me feel like I was her only client! I would definitely recommend Ms. Depew to my friends and family.

We worked with Louis and Angelica and will definitely recommend them in the future. Communication was great at every step. Louis came to the house spoke with my husband and I. We wanted to do some renovations before the house went on the market. so he gave us a price he thought we should sell for. To be honest we thought he was crazy. We though he over priced the house. He definitely proved us wrong!!! Angelica gave us some contacts (actually several) incase we didn't know anyone. Things got a little behind but she still called and made sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Pictures turned out fantastic! The house was on the market within 2 days I think after the pictures were done. We had an offer the first day. All paperwork was fast and easy to sign. No running around town for this and that. Closing time was quick and simple. Angelica had everything set up and ready to go. We absolutely tell everyone that is looking to sell or buy our experience with the Ryan Smith team and if we are ever in the market for buying/selling again I know who to contact. P.S we sold for over asking price!
